Recently I have posted several ads on CraigsList and when I looked for them later, they were not on the board. So thinking I did something wrong, I tried again and again to no avail. So I went looking for answers and found what my problem is "Ghosting"!

CraigsList has apparently started trying to cut down on spam, so they have started scanning all ads to see if they fall in the category of spam. Of course MY ad isn't spam, but it has some spam characteristics.

Shrimp, Broccoli, and Sun-dried Tomatoes Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients

• 1/2 pound large shrimp - peeled and deveined
• 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
• 1 (6 ounce) jar sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta

Directions

1. 
   Put the heat on under the pasta pot full of water.
2. In a large saute pan heat the oil from the drained sun-dried tomatoes. Add butter. When butter is melted saute the garlic about 1 minute, add the sun-dried tomatoes, heat for about 1 minute. Add shelled and deveined shrimp. Cook until shrimp are done, about 5-8 minutes.
3. When pasta water comes to a boil, toss in the broccoli florets. Cook about 2-3 minutes. Then add angel hair. Cook according to package instructions. Drain and turn into large past bowl.
4. Spoon shrimp mixture over pasta and serve.

I love this movie. It is so funny. My favorite part is when he was singing "Ain't Got You" in the recording booth.

If you haven't seen it, I suggest you go out and rent or even buy it.
