NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

We've just learned Michael Jackson has died. He was 50.

Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.

A source tells us Jackson was dead when paramedics arrived. A cardiologist at UCLA tells TMZ Jackson died of cardiac arrest.

Once at the hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate him but he was completely unresponsive.

We're told one of the staff members at Jackson's home called 911.

La Toya ran in the hospital sobbing after Jackson was pronounced dead.

Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

There is NO excuse for this!!!!

My Review: Friday the 13th

Ok, the movie sucked in every possible way!! There was not one good thing about this movie, except the ending credits which signified it was over!!!!

Fist of all, in the original FT13th, Jason's mother was the killer. Jason didn't show up until the end. But in this one, he's killing and wearing his mask!

Also, I have seen bout every Jason movie and I don't remember him ever running, oh, but he is a track star in the one. Just running all over the place.

Another thing that bothered me was Jason kills people, he don't ask questions, he don't set traps, he just kills. In this movie, Jason is a trap setting, archer master, electrician, kidnapper and weed protector! Yes, weed. Apparently a whole bunch is being grown near the camp to lure teenagers in so Jason can kill them.

All the characters were terrible. Not necessary the acting, but just the characters in general. I wanted everyone to die cause they all needed to. I did like that one dude's F**K Christmas shirt! The sex and nudity was also boring and didn't add anything to the movie. I have no problem with t&a in horror movies, they go hand in hand, but don't throw it in there to keep people awake during your crappy movie!!

This movie was so boring I almost fell asleep in the theater. I suggest you save your money and wait until it comes on STARZ or something!

And people PLEASE stop bringing your kids to R rated movies!!! What they hell are you thinking?!?!?! This is like the second R rated movie I've been to that had kids in the theater!

!Story! McDonald's Worker Shot, Hailed as Hero

When Nigel Haskett stepped in to defend a woman at the Little Rock, Ark., fast-food restaurant where he worked, police called him a hero but now that it's time to pay his ongoing medical bills, the restaurant's insurance company has essentially told him to be a hero on his own time.

The 22-year-old, who had been working at the McDonald's restaurant for six months, got involved, pushed the man -- who policed have identified as Perry Kennon -- out the door, and blocked the entrance. That's when Kennon allegedly pulled out a gun and shot Haskett in the chest.

McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves!! They should pay his medical bills cause he was at work, working when it happened. He should not be punished for trying to save a customer's life!!

!Story! The Sims 3 Delayed!!

I went to GameStop this weekend and asked one of the workers when Sims 3 was coming out and when he said, June 2nd I almost cried!! So of course I had to find out why.

"According to Russell Arons, Vice President of Marketing at EA, "The June launch combined with the break-through game the team is building gives us the perfect runway to create awareness for The Sims 3. [It] will be the original IP summer blockbuster of 2009 as we build off the success of the best-selling PC franchise of all time to create awareness with both loyal Sims fans and new players."

/Random\ Life Without Black People

In honor of Black History Month!

A very humorous and revealing story is told about a group of white people who were fed up with African Americans, so they joined together and wished themselves away. They passed through a deep dark tunnel and emerged in sort of a twilight zone where there is an America without black people.

At first these white people breathed a sigh of relief. At last, they said, no more crime, drugs, violence and welfare. All of the blacks have gone!

Then suddenly, reality set in. The "NEW AMERICA" is not America at all-only a barren land.

1. There are very few crops that have flourished because the nation was built on a slave-supported system.

2. There are no cities with tall skyscrapers because Alexander Mils, a black man, invented the elevator, and without it, one finds great difficulty reaching higher floors.

3. There are few if any cars because Richard Spikes, a black man, invented the automatic gearshift, Joseph Gambol, also black, invented the Super Charge System for Internal Combustion Engines, and Garrett A. Morgan, a black man, invented the traffic signals.

4. Furthermore, one could not use the rapid transit system because its procurer was the electric trolley, which was invented by another black man, Albert R. Robinson.

5. Even if there were streets on which cars and a rapid transit system could operate, they were cluttered with paper because an African American, Charles Brooks, invented the street sweeper.

6. There were few if any newspapers, magazines and books because John Love invented the pencil sharpener, William Purveys invented the fountain pen, and Lee Barrage invented the Type Writing Machine and W. A. Love invented the Advanced Printing Press. They were all, you guessed it, Black.

7. Even if Americans could write their letters, articles and books, they would not have been transported by mail because William Barry invented the Postmarking and Canceling Machine, William Purveys invented the Hand Stamp and Philip Downing invented the Letter Drop.

8. The lawns were brown and wilted because Joseph Smith invented the Lawn Sprinkler and John Burr the Lawn Mower.

9. When they entered their homes, they found them to be poorly ventilated and poorly heated. You see, Frederick Jones invented the Air Conditioner and Alice Parker the Heating Furnace. Their homes were also dim. But of course, Lewis Lattimer later invented the Electric Lamp, Michael Harvey invented the lantern and Granville T. Woods invented the Automatic Cut-Off Switch. Their homes were also filthy because Thomas W. Steward invented the Mop & Lloyd P. Ray the Dust Pan.

10. Their children met them at the door-barefooted, shabby, motley and unkempt. But what could one expect? Jan E. Matzelinger invented the Shoe Lasting Machine, Walter Sammons invented the Comb, Sarah Boone invented the Ironing Board and George T. Samon invented the Clothes Dryer.

11. Finally, they were resigned to at least have dinner amidst all of this turmoil. But here again, the food had spoiled because another Black Man, John Standard invented the refrigerator.

Now, isn't that something? What would this country be like without the contributions of Blacks, as African-Americans?

Martin Luther King, Jr. said, "By the time we leave for work, Americans have depended on the inventions from the minds of Blacks."

INFO:Car Shopping on the Offensive: 8 Aggressive Buying Tactics

Excerpt from article:

What the Dealer Says:

"You have to make the deal today."

What You Should Say:

"Sorry, this offer expires tonight."

In this scenario the dealer quotes a price, but to apply pressure to the buyer the deal is only good for that day. This gives the buyer little chance to research the price or find a competing offer from another dealership. Fortunately, the buyer can regain control by coming up with his or her own price and adding, “My offer is only good for tonight.” A dealer desperate to make a sale will have little recourse, and should they not agree to the price the buyer is free to walk away. Just be sure to do your research before you go to the dealer so your offer is actually low enough.

!Story! The Sims Head to the Silver Screen

"Time for yet another bad game-to-movie conversion: 20th Century Fox has acquired the rights to make a film based on The Sims. On one level it makes sense; the game has sold a bazillion copies and has a large and loyal following. But given that the game's action involves mundane tasks like getting your Sim to eat, sleep, and use the crapper, what on earth is the movie supposed to be about?

Brian Lynch, who wrote "Scary Movie 3," will handle script responsibilities; Steve Asbell will oversee the project for Fox while Sims studio head Rod Humble will do the same for EA. The story is under wraps at the moment, but Humble dropped this hint:

The Sims has done an interactive version of an old story, which is what it's like to have infinite power and how do you deal with it. Given that that's an old story, you can imagine how easily that would translate to traditional story telling."

!Story! Katrina Cottage Occupants Face New Displacement!

Thousands of cottages housing hurricane victims on the Mississippi Gulf Coast will be vacated next month, even though many of their occupants aren't ready to move and may have no place to go if forced out.

According to agreements between the state agency and cities, the cottages will need to be emptied by the end of January and removed by March, Womack said.

Housing advocates, residents and some local officials worry that forcing out residents, many of whom are trying to rebuild their homes, will aggravate an already dire housing situation.

"We just can't allow these cottages to stay in place where they're unsafe or degrading the property values of homes around them," Womack said.

/Random\ 5 Good Things That Happened in 08!

We are entering a new year, readers and I have high hopes for 09. I plan on doing more things, getting more active and changing my life for the better. But let me reminisce about 08 for a few.

So here is my list of what I considered "5 Good Things That Happened in 08".

1. I got my first tattoo! It is a black and pink butterfly. It is located on my hand. I got it for my birthday and I love it and yes it hurt so bad!!

2. My Honey bought me a laptop for Christmas. It is a pink dell studio 15. It had a built in camera which would be useful if I wanted to start putting vblogs on here.

3. I rediscover my favorite game of all time, "McKenzie & Co". I got this game back in 95, I believe, as a gift. It is a PC game that is so awesome. I use to play it everyday, all day! And I do mean everyday, all day!! The goal of the game is to get a date to the prom. Yes, that was the whole purpose of the game. First you picked you you wanted to be, then you picked which guy you were going after. Then you had to get him to ask you out and if that went well, he asked you to the prom. I might have to do a whole post about this game.

4. Bush is finally leaving the White House!! Thank the Lord!!!!

5. I got a sewing machine for Mother's Day. I hardly use it, but I begged for one and my honey got it. It's a Brother and one day I hope to make great things with it!

That is my list. Of course a whole bunch of other stuff happened, but I can't remember anything else at this time!

Thanks Everyone!

A big thanks to everyone who contributed to the fund.
